Bridon clash is washed out

The Ordsall Bridon away fixture at championship contenders Kiveton Park was washed out after 18.2 overs of the game.

On a wet wicket, the home side predictably inserted Bridon upon winning the toss, and awaited the expected problems faced by the batsmen Jerseys with high expectations.

The opening pair however, of Will Lee and Ashley Replica Yacht Master Ladies/Unisex Rolex Watch Corrie denied the keen home attack and put the loose ball away in positive fashion.

The partnership was worth 57 before Lee fell to a good catch by Tim Ward off the promising Lee Donaghy for 22.

Unfortunately, Aaron Haycock fell cheaply to a catch by Richard Grainger off Richard Spurr eight runs later, but the rain started immediately after this and brought proceedings to a halt.
